How to Check Your Household Bin Collection Day

To find out when your household bins are collected:

1. Log in to your account using the account number and password from your last invoice.

2. Go to the Bin Collection History section.

3. Check the date of your last collection – your bins are collected every two weeks from that date.

Please note:
If your collection day falls on a bank holiday Monday, your bins will be collected on the Saturday before instead.
